How to upgrade
1. Go to Account Settings (click your avatar, top right)
2. Navigate to Billing & Plan
3. Click Upgrade Plan and select your desired tier
4. Enter payment details and confirm
5. Your new credits and features activate immediately
How to downgrade or cancel
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then. To cancel, go to Billing & Plan → Cancel Subscription. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next month, regardless of plan. Top-up credits (purchased separately) never expire.
