1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Vidanalyze ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://vidanalyze.com/) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Vidanalyze is an AI-powered YouTube analytics and optimization platform that provides:
AI-generated titles, descriptions, scripts, and ideas
Video and channel performance analytics
A/B testing tools
Automation tools for YouTube content optimization
A dashboard to view and manage YouTube content (via API integration)
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you're paying for, we will provide reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
To use Vidanalyze, you must:
Be at least 13 years old (and, if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have permission from a parent or guardian)
Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us promptly at contact@vidanalyze.com if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Google & YouTube Integration
Vidanalyze uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth. By connecting your account, you agree that:
You grant us permission to access your YouTube data as required for the features you use
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements (see our Privacy Policy for full details)
You can revoke access at any time via your Google account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
You remain responsible for your YouTube content and for your own compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Your use of the YouTube API Services through Vidanalyze is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for illegal activities
Violate YouTube's or Google's policies
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service (including via scraping, reverse engineering, or excessive automated requests)
Use our AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, infringing, or spam content
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Vidanalyze provides AI-generated suggestions and content. You acknowledge that:
AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or optimal
You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated content
We are not liable for performance outcomes (views, rankings, monetization, etc.) resulting from AI-generated content
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vidanalyze (excluding your content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, distribute, or resell our platform or tools
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
Use our name, logo, or branding without written permission
9. User Content
You retain ownership of your content, including your YouTube data. By using Vidanalyze, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your YouTube content, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models (see our Privacy Policy, Section 6, for details).
10. Payments and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
Fees are billed as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period
Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
We may change pricing going forward, with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers before the change takes effect on renewal
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the platform
Engage in harmful or illegal activity
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination or account deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy (Sections 10–11), including deletion of associated Google/YouTube data within 30 days.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidanalyze shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue, profits, or data
YouTube channel performance issues
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Service interruptions or downtime
The Service is used at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted availability
Accuracy of analytics or AI outputs
Specific results, rankings, or channel growth
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vidanalyze harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of YouTube or Google data accessed through the Service
15. Third-Party Services
Vidanalyze integrates with third-party services, including:
Google OAuth
YouTube API Services
We are not responsible for the policies, actions, or availability of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a revised "Last Updated" date, and for material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States , Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidanalyze regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
