6. How We Use AI With Your Google/YouTube Data
Vidanalyze uses AI to generate personalized suggestions (titles, descriptions, scripts, and similar content) based on your own channel and video data.
Your Google/YouTube data is used only to generate outputs for your own account — it is not pooled with other users' data to train general-purpose or non-personalized AI/ML models.
We do not use your Google/YouTube data to build a permanent database beyond what's needed to operate the features you use.
AI outputs are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to:
Maintain user sessions
Understand usage patterns
Improve performance
Where required by law (for example, for users in the EEA/UK), we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies, via a cookie banner or similar mechanism. You can also disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly as a result.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Payment processors, if you purchase a paid plan (Dodo Payments)
Legal authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation
Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — you will be notified before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy
All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.
9. International Data Transfers
If you access Vidanalyze from outside the country where our servers are located, your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect data transferred outside the EEA/UK.
