Key Capabilities
Why link this service with your creator workflow
Tailored AI Recommendations
Generate video packaging outlines, keyword-rich descriptions, competitor copy reviews, and SEO title variations using the latest GPT-4o or Gemini 2.5 Pro models.
Encrypted Key Vault
API credentials are encrypted using AES-256 in transit and at rest. Keys are only accessed server-side for your analytics requests and never exposed in client-side code or logs.
Model Flexibility
Switch between GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, Gemini 2.5 Flash, and Gemini 2.5 Pro directly from your settings. Choose the ideal balance between speed, quality, and cost for each workflow.
Pay-Per-Use Pricing
Using your own keys means you pay OpenAI or Google directly at developer rates — often significantly cheaper than bundled SaaS pricing for high-volume AI usage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Expert answers for creators and developers
Am I billed by OpenAI or Google when using my own keys?
Yes. When you provide your own API keys, usage costs are billed directly to your OpenAI or Google Cloud Console billing profile at standard developer rates. Vidanalyze does not add any markup to API usage costs.
Which AI models are supported by Vidanalyze?
Vidanalyze supports the latest models from both providers, including OpenAI GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, Google Gemini 2.5 Flash, and Gemini 2.5 Pro. Model availability is updated regularly as new versions are released.
Can I delete my API keys from Vidanalyze at any time?
Yes. Navigating to Settings → Integrations and clicking "Remove" will immediately and permanently delete your encrypted keys from all Vidanalyze databases. The platform will revert to using shared AI credits from your subscription plan.
What happens if my API key has insufficient balance?
If your personal key returns an authentication or billing error, Vidanalyze will display a clear error message and fall back to your plan's included AI credits so your workflow is not interrupted.
Are my API keys shared with any third parties?
Never. Your API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are only decrypted server-side for the specific API requests you initiate. They are never logged, cached in browsers, or transmitted to external services.
Do I need both an OpenAI and a Gemini key?
No, you can add just one or both. If you provide only an OpenAI key, all AI tools will use OpenAI models. If you provide only a Gemini key, Gemini models will be used. Having both gives you the flexibility to choose per-tool.
