Data sync frequency
- Subscriber count — Updates every 15 minutes for connected channels
- Video metrics (views, likes, comments) — Synced every 4 hours
- Analytics (watch time, traffic sources) — Synced every 24 hours (YouTube's API limitation)
How to force a refresh
1. Go to My Channel
2. Click the ⟳ Sync Now button next to your channel
3. Wait 30–60 seconds for the sync to complete
4. Refresh the page
YouTube's own analytics dashboard can lag by 24–48 hours — some data discrepancies are on YouTube's end, not VidAnalyze's.
